A chance to take a break from all the gymnastics and have fun with different challenges, such as obstacle courses, races, gladiators and more!
We will have set skills on each piece of apparatus for the gymnasts to complete, with the opportunity to learn a skill of their choice!
Practicing different preparations and basic skills with the aim of being able to successfully complete a somersault forwards/backwards with support and correct technique.
Working different preparations in order to successfully complete a flip with support and with the correct techniques.
